The training has four semesters, works on a regular full-time basis or as a correspondence course and ends with a university diploma.

The training aims to train professionals who, with a multi-disciplinary approach, will be able to take part in making social issue plans and realize them on a national and regional level and also help social justice and integration.

In addition to the main special subjects in regional and rural development, students in the university level training, with the help of small group workshops, can acquire experience in the practice of social science research.

The strength of the training is that the nationally recognized institutions and experts of the profession are actively involved in the professional training. The graduates have sufficient knowledge to continue their studies in a doctoral program.
