The training lasts 4 semesters and ends with a Health Care Manager master’s degree.

The aim of the program is to train specialists who have the necessary competences to perform management and organisation tasks in the field of national and international health care and to operate health care organisations. They are able to approach, analyse and solve organisational problems from a managerial and innovative perspective, with comprehensive professional knowledge. They have the ability to work with scientific literature and participate in research projects. With the master’s degree, they are prepared to continue their studies in doctoral programs.
